| A terrific combination tight end blocking and receiving, Fontaine is a weapon whether he's the primary target or not. He has excellent hands and is a huge target. He excels at making blocks at the line of scrimmage and 2nd and 3rd level blocks downfield. He is sometimes split into the slot or out at wide receiver, and he'll need to get better coming off of the line of scrimmage in traffic. A terrific all-around prospect - Scott Kennedy, Scout.com |

As a junior, Fontaine made 62 tackles, sacked the quarterback three times and forced two fumbles. He caught 10 passes for 156 yards and three touchdowns from his tight end position.
He claims a max bench of 315 pounds, a max squat of 420 pounds and carries a 2.9 core GPA in the classroom where he takes some honors and AP courses. |
