| Stevens could be an effective defensive tackle in college, and has better size for that side of the ball, but wants to play on the offensive line at the next level. Is explosive off the line of scrimmage, is an astute drive blocker and plays mean. |

| Hamani Stevens was an all-CIF Central Division Selection in 2006 as a defensive tackle and a First Team All-State underclass selection in 2006 for Hemet (Calif.). Had 48 tackles and five sacks during junior year. Helped paved the way for team to rush for 227 yards a game. Older brother Tevita plays on the offensive line at UTEP.
Senior season (5-5) stats: 112 tackles, 47 solos and four fumbles recovered.
Stevens reports a 3.3 core and 1150 SAT.
Stevens: "I'm really strong and most coaches say that I'm really explosive and I have a motor that never stops. I'm a great run blocker and play really physical, but I still want to get faster. My goal is to run a 4.9 forty (down from a 5.2)."
