Michigan State picked up its 12th commitment for 2009 with the addition of Derek Hoebing to the Spartan family. Michigan State's commit number 12 for 2009 is Derek Hoebing, an O-line/D-line athlete from Vermilion, Ohio. Danielle Hoebing, Derek's mother, confirmed Derek's decision this morning. "He committed around 6 last night," she said. Derek is volunteering for a football function at his school today, so he is currently unavailable for comment.
