Andrew Maxwell is not the kind of person who seeks celebrity: he has no need for the spotlight, fawning fans or disproportionate attention.
He's a guy that would rather redirect most football related conversations back to his teammates – it's almost instinctual.
Perhaps that's what makes him such a great rising quarterback, but talent has something to do with it, too.
That talent continues to unveil itself, as it did in Ft. Worth, Texas, at a regional Elite 11 quarterback camp.
"It was a good experience for me to get outside of what I'm used to and the everyday routine, see guys I haven't seen before and see how I stack up. … I'm glad I did it," Maxwell told GSN recently.
