EAST LANSING - It isn't often that two freshman can team up to make an impact, but for Michigan State, freshmen defensive tackles Jerel Worthy and Blake Treadwell are becoming a disruptive force in the interior line.

Treadwell had two tackles in his first extended duty and Worthy had a tackle for loss, but the statistics don't tell the whole story for this dynamic duo who's main task on Saturday was keeping the Northwestern offensive linemen bottled up, allowing the Michigan State linebacking corps to wrack up the tackles.
