It has become an annual tradition in recent years for Michigan State fans to wonder if defensive coordinator Pat Narduzzi will bolt for a head coaching job in the offseason.
This time, his name is being tossed around with Wake Forest’s and Connecticut’s head coaching openings.
Narduzzi shot down those rumors Wednesday and said he remains focused on Saturday’s Big Ten title game.
”I’m worried about Ohio State,” he said. “I don’t have to deal with anything. There’s nothing to deal with. That’s easy.”
Narduzzi and the Spartans play Ohio State for the Big Ten championship on Saturday in Indianapolis.
