Punter Hartbarger commits to Michigan State

Senior punter from Ohio is the 16th commitment in the 2014 class.

Michigan State added to its 2014 class Wednesday when punter Jake Hartbarger committed to the Spartans.

Hartbarger, from Anthony Wayne High School in Whitehouse, Ohio, picked Michigan State over offers from Oklahoma, Iowa State, Toledo and Miami (Ohio).

The 6-foot-4, 190-pound senior is the 16th commitment in the class.

He joins Chris Durkin, Vayante Copeland, Chris Frey and Robert Bowers as commits from Ohio.

Hartbarger is committed to play in the Under Armour All-American Game.
