Clark, a four-star wide receiver from New Smyrna Beach, Fla., chose Ohio State over Clemson and Florida among other schools to offer the No. 30-ranked WR in the class. Clark's letter of intent was confirmed by Ohio State at 10:15 a.m. Shortly after Clark's announcement, Bell added his name to OSU's list. Bell, a five-star prospect from Rossville (Ga.) Ridgeland, picked the Buckeyes over Tennessee among others. The No. 2-ranked safety's LOI has yet to be confirmed.
