Bell Earns Big Ten Honors

Michigan State junior running back Le'Veon Bell continues to add to his list of honors this season.

For the third time this season Michigan State running back Le'Veon Bell has been named Offensive Player of the Week.

Bell, who rushed for a career-high 266 yards (sixth-highest single-game total in school history) and a touchdown during the Spartans win over Minnesota, was the main reason the Spartans earned their sixth victory of the season making them bowl eligible.

This was Bell's third career 200-yard rushing day (all this season) having rushed for 210 yards against Boise State and 253 against Eastern Michigan.

Bell also cracked the Big Ten's top 10 single-season record for rushing attempts with 350 and all-purpose plays with 387 this season. Recommended Stories
