Practice starts for Michigan State

who missed last season due to off field issues.
Sims, who is a sophomore in eligibility, could play a key role in the Spartans defense of their Big Ten Championship with his physical size at 6-foot-5, 270-pounds.
According to Coach Dantonio, the talented tight end has done everything requested of him to earn his spot back on the team.
