Donavon Clark – Offensive Line

HT: 6-FOOT-4 / WT: 305-POUNDS

With questions with depth along the offensive line coming soon, finding a player the caliber of Clark was huge for the Spartans. While raw in technique, Clark has the physical size to compete right away.

Mark Dantonio Says: "Donavon Clark is an outstanding player out of Ohio who was an early commitment. He is a very exciting and powerful player who should provide depth to the offensive line next season. We saw him play in 2010. Donavon also plays on the defensive line, which gives you a great indication of his overall athletic ability. He runs well and is an extremely talented young man who has both the size and speed to be a difference maker."

Spartan Digest Says: I have watched Donavon progress the past two years to become one of the top players in Ohio for the Class of 2011. A natural bender, Clark played on both sides of the ball in high school and was a dominate force. The fact he played at a high school program that struggled on the field, does not take away from his overall skill set and future as a starter for the Spartans.
